Every Friday at 7PM in August MoCADA hosts the KIDFlix Film Festival, at Fulton Park, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. This annual event draws hundreds of children and families from throughout the borough to experience kid friendly features, documentaries, shorts and television programming by filmmakers of the African Diaspora. Each year the festival ends with a screening of The Wiz, on the last Friday in August. Kids and adults alike are invited to dress up as their favorite character from the movie!
